Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Your ticket is valid for either day you choose to tour the homes. You’re also welcome to visit some homes on one day and the rest on the other day—it’s completely up to you.

    We will be checking you in at the 1st home you arrive at and giving you a paper ticket to be checked at each home.

  • The tour is self-guided, so you can start wherever you’d like. We recommend touring by location—for example, visit all the homes in South Hill, then the homes in Bracey/903, and finally the homes in Peete River.

  • Yes. There is no reschedule date, we will still have the tour even in the rain.

  • Yes. We will have people helping direct you at the homes on where to park. We do recommend car pooling if possible.
