Hayes Construction & Son has been family owned and operated for the past 40 years.

Over that time we have built homes and relationships all over Southside Virginia and Northern North Carolina. In the last five years we have expanded what we offer. We are now a one stop design-to-build builder. We have opened Paint Plus, our lighting and design studio where customers can make selections at ease all in one location. We have expanded our cabinet shop where we design and build all of our home's cabinetry and do all of our own mill work. Lastly, we have partnered with some amazing architects to design your dream home plans if you do not have plans already.
